When you come "on board" The Ocean Society's Marine Education Program, your students will become part of a dynamic and fun educational effort. They will also be able to experience some of the adventure of the ongoing ocean research on the world's rarest great whale, the North Atlantic Right Whale. Welcome!
We have created this program to be a complete multi-part program. We want each teacher to have the complete program as we will be updating the material periodically. Therefore, the material is not available as a partial program.
For teachers who are continuing their participation in our Marine Education Program, renewal is only $45 and includes this years 252 page Sea Turtle education module as well as participation in our Whale Guardianship program and eligibility for our National Marine Education Awards. Teachers coming on board our Marine Education Program for the first time, will get all the above plus last year's Whale education module all for only $65.
All participants can support additional Right Whale research by sponsoring multiple Right Whale Guardianships at $45 each. Teachers or schools sponsoring 2 or more Guardianships will be entered in the annual National Naming of the Whales drawing.
